Introducing our Time Together campaign, helping NHS workers enjoy festive events with loved ones at no cost
It’s been a tumultuous year for NHS workers and for the nation as a whole. The live events industry in particular is still recovering as coronavirus restrictions have been lifted. After 2020’s Christmas period was decimated by lockdowns and unprecedented strain on the NHS, we’re making sure that 2021 will bring a lot more festive joy for hardworking NHS teams and their loved ones.
We’ve secured an extra-festive selection of theatre, live music, panto, outdoor adventures and more for Tickets for Good users to enjoy with loved ones. From November right through to January 2022, these events will all be part of our Time Together season, highlighting our festive favourites to enjoy with family and friends. And best of all, tickets carry no face-value cost — only a small booking fee that costs less than a delicious mulled wine from a Christmas market!
Venues across the nation are taking part, so that NHS workers can enjoy everything from family-favourite pantomime Pinocchio at Chichester Festival Theatre, to our unique NHS-exclusive event with London’s 21Soho, our NHS Full House Christmas Comedy event featuring Ed Gamble — where every ticket will be free for NHS workers signed up to the platform. Add in shows at Oldham Coliseum, Peterborough New Theatre and many more — it’s going to be a Christmas to remember with events ready to enjoy across the UK.
After a tough winter in 2020 where many couldn’t spend time with friends and family, it’s more important than ever to make live events accessible so that everyone can enjoy valuable time together. We’ve spent 2021 making sure that thousands of NHS workers can enjoy a much-needed break from the stresses of frontline healthcare. Our platform has given NHS teams free access to some of the UK’s best and most-coveted live events, from West End shows to arena-filling live music.
At Christmas, a time when many NHS teams are busier than ever, we’re making sure that NHS workers can make the most of their valuable time off with family and friends, without spending a fortune on tickets. More than 40,000 users have signed up to our NHS platform in less than a year, and we can’t wait to see many of you at our Time Together events this winter!
